Each and every Body Support System product is crafted with meticulous care and is individually inspected to assure highest quality possible. Your complete satisfaction is our goal. Use your Body Support System product for a full month. If, within that time you are not thoroughly satisfied with the benefits, value, and quality of your Body Support System product, simply phone us for a full refund authorization. We'll even pay the shipping, making our guarantee to you truly risk free!

2 Year Vinyl Warranty

Replacement vinyl is available free-of-charge if the vinyl fails during normal usage within 2 years of original purchase date. In case of accidental damage or abuse, replacement vinyl may be ordered by phone: (800) 448-2400 or (541) 488-1172.

Lifetime limited Foam Warranty

The high quality bodyCushion foam will soften to some extent over time, as will any high quality foam, but it is guaranteed to never go flat. If, while in the possession of the original purchaser, the step-laminated foam system for the bodyCushion fails because of materials or craftsmanship under conditions of reasonable care and appropriate use, and the owner notifies Body Support Systems, replacement foam components will be sent to owner. Upon receipt of replacement parts, owner is asked to return their 'failed' foam systems to Body Support Systems for inspection.

Notice: Prior to returning any merchandise, please call and obtain a return authorization number to be placed on outside of original shipping container.  All returns without authorization numbers will be refused.
