For prone pregnancy positioning, the Large Wedges are placed longitudinally under the sides of the bodyCushion Chest and Pelvic Supports to elevate the bodyCushion to create more depth for the abdominal recess, thereby providing more space for the pregnant uterus.

Large Wedges are also useful as armRests during supine positioning on the bodyCushion.
