Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
We do our best to ensure timely delivery of all orders and are usually able to ship the same day the order is placed, if we receive the order during regular business hours and before our afternoon pick-up (approximately 2:30pm Pacific Time). If you require a Saturday delivery or delivery by a specific date, please contact us for shipping quotes and delivery times. We ship directly from our warehouse in Ashland, Oregon, USA.
Please note: a physical shipping address is required - orders can not be delivered to PO boxes. All orders are shipped via FedEx and express options are available at checkout. Shipping rates for our products are based on dimensional weight.

We can ship to almost anywhere in the world. Please check the FedEx Served Countries website for the most current list of countries serviced by FedEx. Please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products (i.e. rental units) can not be shipped to international destinations.
Shipping laws are different in each country. It is the customer's responsibility to check with the customs department of the appropriate country to verify whether any shipping permits are required. Body Support Systems, Inc is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
Customs and import duties, taxes, and/or fees may be applied to international orders when the shipment reaches its destination. If such charges are imposed by the recipient's country, the recipient will receive a bill from FedEx. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of the order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details or use a duty calculator (available online) to estimate the cost.

Wide-Eye Face Crescents and bodyCushions ordered with Wide-Eye Face Crescents, as well as any bodyCushion ordered for eye surgery recovery use, are not eligible for a refund and are not covered under our 90-day money-back guarantee refund policy.
Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment method. Gift certificates are nonrefundable, but can be applied toward other items.
In place of a refund, customers may also choose to return for store credit. Store credits will be issued for the product's full purchase price. Store credits can be redeemed at www.bodysupport.com.
If you need to exchange an item, please contact us or login to your account, view the order using the "Completed Orders" link under the My Account menu, click the Return Item(s) button, and under Return Actions choose "Exchange or Replacement." Please indicate on the included copy of the sales receipt which item you would like in place of the returned item. A customer service representative will contact you regarding the exchange if additional payment is necessary.
